WORKSHOP SERVICES

Bikes are only accepted for repair on the strict understanding that they will be uplifted by the customer within 24 hours of notification that the work has been completed.

PRICES
Prices if quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax  (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust  prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a  manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
All goods must be uplifted in person by the buyer. This site does not offer online trading or distance selling.
Items for repair must be delivered to and uplifted from Duncan MacLeod Cycling Services by you.
If uplift or delivery to an address is required, this must be arranged by  you at the time of order, and any costs in relation to this will be responsibility of the buyer and may be charged by us.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is by cash only. No credit facilities are offered or available.
Payment is due at the time of order in the case of goods, or on delivery in the case of services.
I reserve the right to charge interest on late payments and claim  compensation for debt recovery costs. Following the closure of the  cheque guarantee scheme by the UK Domestic Cheque Guarantee Scheme, I am unable to accept cheques as payment except where previously authorised.  

RETENTION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in  us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
